Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand customers’ applications, infrastructure, business priorities, and technical challenges.
Gather and analyze technical requirements for new deployments and changes to existing environments.
Design high-level infrastructure solutions involving dedicated servers, cloud platforms, networking, storage, security, and related services.
Prepare technical proposals, solution descriptions, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with customer requirements.
Coordinate customer onboarding, infrastructure deployments, migrations, expansions, and technical changes.
Work with internal engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure successful delivery.
Lead technical discussions, discovery sessions, onboarding calls, and regular service reviews.
Coordinate the resolution of complex incidents and customer escalations.
Communicate technical issues, risks, dependencies, and resolution plans clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Review customer environments and recommend improvements related to performance, resilience, capacity, security, and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities to expand or optimize the services used by existing customers.
Maintain accurate technical documentation for assigned accounts.
Collect customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of products, services, and internal processes.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in technical account management, solution architecture, infrastructure engineering, technical presales, system administration, or senior technical support.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and network redundancy.
Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience preparing technical documentation, solution proposals, or architecture diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several customer projects simultaneously.
Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Nice to have
Experience in the hosting, data-centre, cloud, telecom, CDN, or managed infrastructure industry.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, public cloud platforms, or infrastructure automation.
