- About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist / Senior IT Recruiter t to join our HR team. This role is crucial in attracting top IT talent while enhancing our employer brand in the competitive technology job market. You will lead recruitment efforts, develop strategic hiring initiatives, and implement employer branding strategies to position our company as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment and technology hiring.
Employer Branding:
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attractiveness in the IT job market.
• Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling employer branding content (videos, blogs, social media posts, career pages, etc.).
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Engage with employees to build an internal brand ambassador program.
• Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools to streamline hiring operations.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment and interviewing practices.
• Leverage data and analytics to make informed hiring and branding decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and the tech talent market.
• Proven experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and recruitment campaigns is a plus.
• Languages:
